These peaks are part of the rugged Karakoram Range in northern Pakistan, and while they may not be officially recorded or as prominent in global mountaineering guides, they are situated in one of the world’s most spectacular and challenging mountain regions.

Tour Itinarary

Arrive in Islamabad, transfer to your hotel. Briefing and preparations for the expedition.

Fly or drive to Skardu, the gateway to the Karakoram Range. Overnight stay in Skardu.

Travel by jeep to Hushe, the last major settlement before the trek begins. Overnight stay in Hushe.

Begin the trek toward Saitcho, crossing rivers and valleys. Camp overnight at saitcho.

Duration: 5–6 hours trek. Route: Ascend gradually toward the base camp of Choona Peak.

Duration: 8–10 hours (round trip). Activities: Start early in the morning for the summit attempt. Enjoy panoramic views from the summit of Choona Peak. Descend back to Base Camp.

Duration: 6–7 hours trek. Route: Retrace your steps from Base Camp to Saitcho and onward to Hushe.

Travel: 6–7 hours drive. Activities: Rest and relax in Skardu. Optional visit to Shangrila Resort or Kachura Lakes. Overnight: Skardu.

Return to Islamabad by jeep or flight.
